Write a shoutout they'll remember
Say what they did
Name the actual thing, in the detail that makes it theirs. "Our client report broke the night before the call, and Elbano stayed on it until the numbers were clean." Not "helped with the report".
Say what it changed
The difference it made to you, the team, or the customer. "He saved the meeting. The client renewed the next week." This is the part people skip, and the part they remember.
Say thanks, last
One short line at the end, where it has been earned. Thanks first and the reason after reads like a formality with the evidence bolted on.
Take the name out
The test before you send: if the message still works for anyone else on the team, it is not finished. Put back the detail only they would recognise.
Send it
Add Coins per recipient if you want to, tag a value, and click Send Shoutout. It posts in your channel, so the whole team sees what good work looks like here.
