Nothing is posting in Slack
If Culture Engine was removed from your recognition channel, shoutouts, rituals and celebrations stop until it is back. A banner at the top of your dashboard says so.

Add it back
Click Add me back on that banner. If the channel is private, Slack will not let the app add itself: open the channel, type /invite, and pick Add agents and apps to this channel. Find Culture Engine in the list and click Add.
Or point it somewhere else
If the channel is gone for good, click Choose a channel on the banner and pick a new one. Nothing that already posted is lost. See Change the shoutout channel.
Good to know
Posts missed while the app was out are not sent later. A birthday in that gap stays missed.Not an admin? The banner tells you who to ask.
