Redeem your Coins

The Coins you have received are yours to spend. They are not the same as the weekly allowance you give away. They never expire.

  1. Open the catalog

    Your balance sits at the bottom of the sidebar under My Coins. Click Browse Rewards to open the catalog. Rewards → Catalog goes to the same place.

  2. Find something worth having

    The catalog opens on Popular Rewards. That is a short list, not everything. For the rest, use the tabs at the top: Cash, Gift Cards and Donations. Each row also has a View all link. Set the country picker at the top right first, because it decides which cards you see.

  3. Redeem it

    Each card shows Starting at and a number of Coins. It says Not enough coins when you cannot afford it. Pick one you can, choose an amount, and confirm.

  4. Track it

    Open Rewards → My Redemptions to see everything you have redeemed. Each one has a status: Completed, Declined or Cancelled. Completed means check your email. A declined or cancelled one is refunded to your balance. Cancel Redemption pulls back one still waiting for approval, and your Coins come straight back.

Good to know
Nothing arrives in Slack. A finished reward is sent by email.Star a reward to keep it under Your Favorites. That saves hunting for the same card next time.If your workspace uses Manual approval, an admin has to approve it first.
