Approve redemptions
Needs admin access. A redemption is the moment a Coin turns into money you spend. On Manual approval, nothing is spent until you say so. Choosing between Manual and Automatic is in Manage the rewards catalog.

Work the queue
On Manual, requests arrive under Settings → Recognition → Redemptions, split into Pending and History. Approve or Decline them on the Pending tab. The person is told either way, and a decline refunds their Coins.
Check what happened
The History tab is every redemption across your organization, whatever became of it. Each row carries its status — Completed, Declined or Cancelled — with the date and the amount. Filter it by status, or by when it happened.
Good to know
If you decline one, write a real reason in the box. The person sees it in their My Redemptions list.An empty Pending tab means there is nothing waiting on you. New requests land there on their own.
