Understand your bill
Needs owner access. Your bill has two parts. Mixing them up is what usually surprises people.

The subscription
You pay per seat for the plan, on a set cycle. Settings → Workspace → Billing shows the plan, the seats it counts, and the amount.
Redemptions
Redemptions are billed on their own, as they happen. Monthly summary on the same page splits the two apart. Billing history tags every line as either a Subscription or a Redemption.
Change or cancel
Billing settings holds your payment method and plan. Cancel plan sits next to it.
Good to know
A Coin only costs you money when someone redeems it. An unspent allowance is free. The seat it belongs to is still on the plan.Seats follow your active members. So the bill moves when the recognition channel does. See Invite your team.
