Export your member data

Needs admin access. Your data is yours to take out at any time.

  1. Open Members

    In the sidebar, open Settings → Workspace → Members. It lists everyone in your recognition channel, with their role and balances.

  2. Export members as CSV

    Click Export members (CSV). You get one row per member: name, email, role, weekly allowance and balance. Each amount shows in both Coins and USD.

Good to know
The file is a snapshot, not a live feed. Run it again when you need fresh numbers.Want the whole account deleted instead? That is under Settings → Workspace → Slack & Workspace.
